Ben SalisburyLondon Square has unveiled a new show apartment at London Square Isleworth, a stylish development of 162 private one, two and three bedroom apartments in TW7.
The show apartment, with interiors by Suna Interior Design, will allow buyers to take a step closer to the sought-after lifestyle on offer at the development, at which sales have already proved very successful, with 90% of the first phase reserved within six weeks of launch.
The two bedroom show apartment showcases contemporary interiors designed to best enhance the spacious rooms, flooded by light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The neutral palette is complemented by tones of blue, creating a fresh and vibrant feel. Suna Interior Design has integrated quirky individual features, such as striking prints on the wall and patterned upholstery, within the design to create a unique space in fitting with the stylish architecture, devised by Stanford Eatwell Architects.
All apartments feature a high specification throughout, including underfloor heating, designer kitchens and Amtico flooring in the living areas. Each apartment has a generous private balcony, winter garden or terrace, making it the perfect place for entertaining or relaxing. London Square Isleworth will feature a wide variety of outdoor space including mainly south facing roof podiums and carefully landscaped gardens, designed to create a leafy new community with areas of play.
Rebecca Littler, sales & marketing director at London Square, comments: “London Square Isleworth has already been extremely well received, with a diverse range of buyers attracted by the location and design of this scheme, which is helping to breathe new life into London Road.
We are delighted with the new show apartment and expect it to further boost sales, with buyers now able to truly envisage the lifestyle offered by a home at London Square Isleworth.”
Suna Interior Design was briefed by London Square to the interior design for their Isleworth show home. Lead designer, Ellen Leedham, was selected to work on the project.
“The brief was to target young professionals, commuters, first time buyers and investors, so I opted for a monochrome palette (which also ties in with London Square’s branding) with cobalt blue as the feature colour and touches of gold in the dressing.
“I was inspired to create a fresh, inspiring and vibrant scheme that would appeal to the target market and show potential purchasers how they could make the most of this apartment, if they decided to buy it. It was also important to fulfil the brief and to do this I used colour, created feature walls and crafted a modern look in the interior design.”
“Some of the items that really make this interior design unique are the wallpapers, the striking cobalt blue feature wallpaper in the master bedroom which helps set off the rest of the large space.” |

“The black and white striped wallpaper in the second bedroom offers a striking design and is complimented by the décor and furniture in the rest of the room.” |
|
“To give the living room real eye-catching impact we opted for a blue sofa with bespoke artwork hanging above which is complimented by earthy coloured rugs and flooring.” |
|
“We have also included a fantastic feature wall old fashioned clock at the entrance to the kitchen which features built-in appliances and a large range of kitchen storage designed to maximise the space.” | |
Isleworth train station is just a three minute walk from the development, offering train services to London Waterloo from just 35 minutes.
Surrounded by green spaces, including the famous Syon Park Estate, Kew Gardens and Richmond Park, the idyllic Saxon town offers outstanding value for money and is currently enjoying high levels of investment, including the wider £151m regeneration of the borough of Hounslow, with the creation of new homes, buzzy shops and amenities, making it a prudent choice for first time buyers, downsizers and investors.
Situated a short distance from the River Thames, Isleworth combines both charm and practicality in terms of connectivity.
First completions are due in the first quarter of 2017. The entire scheme is set for completion at the end of 2017/early 2018.
Prices of currently available properties start at £425,000 for a two bedroom apartment.
