Two New Show Homes At Northampton Scheme

House-hunters can book an appointment to see the four-bedroom ‘Cambridge’ and ‘Marlow’ house types on site, or to use technology to have an interactive tour of the ‘Cambridge’ from their sofa.
The ‘Marlow’ combines an exterior inspired by 1930s houses built in the Arts and Crafts era with an interior that exudes contemporary style. The home features a generous open-plan kitchen/dining room, as well as a large, comfortable lounge. There is also a utility room and adjoining garage downstairs, as well as four generously sized bedrooms upstairs that offer flexibility for multifunctional home office or gym spaces.
The ‘Cambridge’ is also open to the public but Redrow has created a digital tour of the fully decorated and furnished home, so that buyers can experience a walk-through and also be inspired by some of the interiors trends on display:

Kingsland Park has implemented a number of measures to allow prospective housebuyers to visit safely, including offering exclusive, unaccompanied slots for viewings, screening safety videos ahead of appointments, ensuring sales consultants are always two metres away from the customer, and installing protective screens and hand sanitiser throughout the sales centre.
