New Show Homes At Harrogate Development

Redrow will be opening the doors to two showcase properties at its Kingsley Manor development on Saturday 9 September.

The professionally styled and fully furnished four-bedroom Richmond and three-bedroom Oxford Lifestyle designs will give potential purchasers the chance to take a close up look at the design and specification of Redrow’s Heritage Collection homes.

Steve Jackson, sales director for Redrow (Yorkshire), says: “Kingsley Manor is our newest development in Harrogate and one that has received significant interest since we launched sales in the spring. However, we appreciate many of those purchasing a new home ‘off plan’ wish to view a completed property before reserving. Our new show homes give them the chance to do just that. We’ll also be opening a new customer experience suite on site, which gives our homebuyers access to technology to help them envisage life here. Our large screens offer virtual tours around the development, so you can ‘walk’ down your future street and look inside your new property.”

Located off Kingsley Road, close to Harrogate town centre and The Stray, Kingsley Manor offers a collection of three-, four- and five-bedroom styles, including some of Redrow’s largest and most luxurious detached designs.  The properties will also be among the first Redrow homes in Yorkshire to feature air source heat pumps as standard to provide heating and hot water, as well as underfloor heating to the ground floor in detached designs, reducing homeowners’ energy use.

Steve adds: “Not only do our designs feature traditional Arts and Crafts inspired architecture and a high interior specification, but their energy efficiency ratings will also be among the best on the new build market.”

The development will eventually feature 88 new homes for private sale, alongside 58 affordable homes, to meet strong demand in the local area. Kingsley Manor will provide green space and two play areas, ensuring that new residents and the wider community can spend time in nature on their doorstep. Cycle and footpaths link to neighbouring developments, local facilities and into the town centre.

Prices at Kingsley Manor start from £328,000 for a semi-detached three-bedroom Bakewell design. 

From Saturday 9 September, the development will be open five days a week, from 10am to 5.30pm.
