Priced at £214,995, Plot 36 has one of these four-bedroom detached houses, which come with an integral single garage. Into the hall and the stairs are ahead of you, but to one side is the spacious lounge. Through that the rear, where there’s a kitchen/dining room which comes with a separate utility room, off which is a WC. Off the landing upstairs are the family bathroom, two single bedrooms, the en suite master and another double bedroom.

Lairds Brae offers a mix of three- and four-bedroom house types, currently priced between £169,995 and £254,995, with those priced up to £200,000 available on the Help to Buy Scotland shared equity initiative.
