Three Show Homes Unveiled In Worksop

Gateford Manor is the third and final phase of the new community created at David Wilson Homes’ successful Gateford Park development, which has already seen the homebuilder build 98 new homes and invest into the community with local contributions. Gateford Manor will offer 107 three- and four-bedroom luxury homes, bordering open countryside, ideal for first-time buyers, professionals and families.
Show houses available at the development include the ‘Hadley’, a detached, three-bedroom home that comprises a modern lounge, utility room, a spacious kitchen with family and dining areas and French doors that lead to the garden. The final show home at Gateford Manor, which launched this weekend, is the ‘Greenwood’, a three-bedroom, semi-detached home spread across three floors to allow flexible living. The lounge, main bedroom and en suite bathroom can be found on the first floor with a further two double bedrooms and family bathroom on the second floor. The ‘Greenwood’ also offers a double driveway.
