Double Milestone For New Homes In Daresbury

With the first homeowners moved in and more than half of the first phase already snapped up, Castle Green Homes is celebrating double success at Bridgewater View in Daresbury.

Current availability includes a choice of three- and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £339,995. There are three show homes available to view, plus a wealth of digital resources to help inspire buyers via the award-winning Willow customer portal.

“Willow is a fantastic tool as it really brings the site plan to life enabling buyers to understand the development layout including where individual properties are positioned. They can ‘walk’ around the development and ‘inside’ homes before they’re built with the option of viewing properties furnished or unfurnished,” Russell explained.

“Those who create a Willow account will be the first to know when we release more homes for sale as work progresses on site. Once they’ve reserved a home, Willow effectively becomes their digital new homes assistant keeping them updated on the build progress of their home. All of their documents will be stored there, and they’ll be able to use Willow to personalise their new home.”

The homes at Bridgewater View are being built just off the A56, close to the Bridgwater Canal, with potential for some lovely views of the canal. In time there’ll be a cycle path to connect to the nearby Science Park and a footpath down to the canal. Warrington, Runcorn, Chester, Altrincham, Liverpool and Manchester are all within commuting distance.
