Move Easy Event In Alcester This Weekend

Keith OsborneBloor Homes’ Western region is hosting an all-in-one ‘Move Easy’ information day this Saturday 20 January for people who are new to the idea and process of buying a newly built home in Warwickshire.
Visitors to Alcester Park in Alcester will have access to free and impartial mortgage advice from independent mortgage advisors from The Mortgage Brain, experts in mortgages for new build properties. This dedicated ‘Move Easy’ event at Alcester Park also covers Shottery View development near Stratford-upon-Avon.
Bloor Homes’ friendly sales team will also be on hand to answer any questions about buying a brand new home, even if visitors have an existing home to sell.
Steve Garton, sales director at Bloor Homes’ Western region, explained: “We believe that ‘knowledge is power’ and the aim of the information event is for people to come and have an informal chat to find out what their options really are. By giving them all the information in one place we aim to save people valuable time researching the new build option, so they can make informed decisions about their next move.”
Visitors with a home to sell who are interested in moving and like the idea of having no forward chain can explore Bloor Homes’ Assisted Move scheme, and benefit from £7,000 cashback on selected plots. Plus, those who reserve a new home on Saturday at either Alcester Park or Shottery View could also benefit from a further £1,000 towards moving costs on selected plots.
