Keith OsborneBellway is to release a new collection of apartments at Beaulieu Place, the latest phase at the Bartley Square development in Hook.
Bellway is delivering a total of 102 apartments at Bartley Square. Beaulieu Place has 26 apartments and is the third of the four buildings, which Bellway will launch on the weekend of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 December. The four distinctive apartment buildings at Bartley Square include lifts to all floors and are arranged around a landscaped pedestrian area. There are 14 different apartment types and most have their own balcony or terrace, as well as up to two secure underground car parking spaces.
The first two buildings, Chawton Court and Ashurst Court, have already proven popular, with just six homes remaining for sale at the development.
Bartley Square sits on the site of a former office building and is transforming the area for a brand new community. The development, situated on Station Road, provides a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments located close to the centre of Hook village and the railway station and both can be accessed by foot, taking just six minutes.
The homes have been especially popular with first-time buyers, with many using the government’s Help to Buy scheme to take their first steps on the property ladder. From 1 April 2021, Help to Buy will only be available to first-time buyers.
Natalie MacLeod, sales manager for Bellway, said: “There is a real sense of community forming at Bartley Square as new residents settle into their apartments and make it home.
“Nearly half of the homes have now been sold at the development and with the upcoming launch of Beaulieu Place we are experiencing a high demand for homes here. The development is proving to be particularly attractive to first-time buyers, and with Help to Buy they can secure their new home with a deposit of just 5%.
“Beaulieu Place will be followed by the release of the fourth and final building, Durley Place, next year.”
Bellway will be investing over £750,000 in the local area including £619,171 towards the maintenance of the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area and £150,000 for Robert May’s School in Odiham to increase their outdoor playing field facilities.
Bartley Square features two show homes, a one-bedroom apartment and a two-bedroom apartment, which are available to view by appointment only, to ensure the safety of visitors.
Prices currently range from £222,500 to £287,500.
