Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes have offers worth thousands of pounds on new homes at Countesswells...

Barratt Developments – a former holder of the prestigious WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year title – has some substantial offers on numerous brand new three- and four-bedroom homes at the growing Countesswells development at Aberdeen’s West End.

Under the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brand name, there are a variety of semi-detached and detached homes currently for sale at this site, just four miles from the city centre and well served by shops, amenities and schools, with starting prices ranging from £232,995 to £529,995, meaning something to suit a range of wish lists and budgets.

The Barratt Homes part of the development is called King’s Gallop. Some of the offers current available include:

  • The three-bedroom, two-bathroom ‘Cupar’ on Plot 82, priced from £239,995 and with two options for special offers – a deposit boost of £11,999, or alternatively using the Part Exchange scheme and getting upgraded flooring and £1,899 paid towards LBTT.
  • The ‘Craigend’, a three-bedroom semi-detached house with en suite to main bedroom and private parking, priced from £267,995. Buyers can use Part Exchange and get £2,999 LBTT paid by Barratt, and for those not selling a home, there’s a 5% deposit boost.
