Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year, whick is well know for its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – has announced a series of launches taking place at its developments in the East of England.
Barratt Homes has just launched new homes in Wintringham, St Neots on Saturday 20th August, with David Wilson Homes launching at the development in September. With other developers also at work on the major site, there’s now a new opportunity for Cambridgeshire house-hunters to progress on the property ladder.
Barratt and David Wilson Homes at Wintringham, located on Nuffield Road, brings a collection of 336 one- to four-bedroom homes to the area which will appeal to all property seekers, including first-time buyers and growing families. Darwin Green
Barratt has also announced the launch of a new phase of homes at its Darwin Green development in Cambridge. Set to launch in September, will bring over 323 new homes to the development. Homes will range from one- to four-bedrooms and encompass a variety of homes styles which will appeal to a range of buyers.
Located only 1.6 miles away from the city centre, the Lawrence Weaver Road development will be bringing an array of new amenities to the area including its very own ‘Central Park’ which will feature 15 acres of open space, and high quality sport pitches.
