Four Show Homes Launched In Abingdon

Posted 16 August 2022 by Helen Christie

Four new show homes have now launched at Abbey Fields, Barratt and David Wilson Homes’ brand new development in Abingdon…

The opening of the show homes gives property seekers a chance to visit the already thriving community and envisage what living would be like on the development.

With a selection of two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes for sale, Abbey Fields offers something for everyone, from first-time buyers to growing families alike.

Rob Allen, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Southern, says: “We’re pleased to announce the release of our brand new show homes at the Abbey Fields community. Crafted with high quality materials and careful attention to detail, each building complements the existing charm of the area and gives customers the opportunity to take a step inside our homes.

“We’d like to encourage anyone looking to buy a property in Abingdon to visit the show homes, where our expert advisers will be able to give a tour of the property and answer any questions potential buyers may have.”

Two of the new show homes available are on the Barratt Homes side of the development and consist of one Hesketh style home and one Kingsville property; both light and airy four-bedroom homes designed with working professionals and families in mind. These properties are also three storey with open-plan kitchens and dining areas.

The two new David Wilson Homes show homes include the Manning; a spacious, five-bedroom home, and the Holden; a large four-bedroom property. Both show homes make the perfect option for growing families and have idyllic south west-facing gardens.

Located on the outskirts of Abingdon, Abbey Fields residents are within close proximity to a number of facilities including local restaurants, pubs, shops and gyms. There are several primary and secondary schools within the catchment of the area, as well as Abingdon and Witney College for families with older children.

Being on the edge of the town means residents can also make the most of the large open spaces which surround the area. Radley Lakes, located just two miles from the development, offers stunning landscape views, making it the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stroll and enjoy the natural wildlife.

There are currently 14 homes available to reserve at Abbey Fields, with prices starting from £452,000.
