Bachelorette stays close to roots in first home in Southfields 

Trying to get on the property ladder as a single person in the area where you grew up is a problem mirrored across the UK, but particularly in London and the South of England.

Priscilla Matadeen, 30, a non-medical prescriber from Raynes Park, has recently purchased her first home – a one-bedroom apartment at the eco-friendly Lendlease development, Cambium, in Southfields.
