Cambridgeshire Development Welcomes Youngest Resident
Nikolaus, 30, and Rebecca, 32, along with eight-month-old Fred and their cat Percy recently moved into David Wilson Homes’ Ramsey Park development.
They have not only settled into a brand new home at Ramsey Park, but also have the joy of a baby boy who becomes the youngest resident at the development. Having lived in Whittlesey, commercial manager Nikolaus and accountant Rebecca decided to relocate to Ramsey so they could purchase a larger home for their growing family.
Rebecca says: “Being pregnant at the time and having a large family, we knew we needed more space to have everyone over and spend time together.
“We knew that we didn’t want to move too far away from where we were already but we also wanted to be close to a train station for Nik travelling into London for work. When we discovered that the Ramsey Park development was underway, we knew it was perfect timing as we had the first pick of the properties.”
The couple chose the Avondale style home for its layout. In particular, it was the open-plan kitchen and diner that caught their eye, as well as the size of the garden which will allow them to have family over in the summer.
Rebecca continues: “We really like the local area as well. There are some really lovely shops in the town; the bakery in particular, and having a supermarket just around the corner is handy. There are great clubs for new parents and also a leisure centre which is ideal and within a walking distance from the house.
“We chose to buy with David Wilson Homes as we had previously been to look at the Warboys development nearby and saw the standard of the finish. Alongside this, the customer service was great and sales adviser Dawn helped us feel comfortable and took so much time answering our questions.”
