First Customers Move Into Homes at Oak View in Appleby Magna

One of the first couples to move into this new development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes was Mr and Mrs Walker. They were instantly impressed by the spacious contemporary living on offer and bought the three-bedroom Nene which ticked all of their boxes.

“We were always looking to downsize but found that most new three-bedroom homes were compromised when it came to living space and reluctantly we originally reserved a new four-bedroom home at another development close by. We then visited Oak View having heard the show home had just opened for ideas on how to decorate and style our house and instead we fell in love with the spacious new homes, were very impressed with the exemplary service we received and knew instantly Oak View was where we wanted to live.

The Help to Buy scheme enables buyers to purchase their home with just a 5% deposit and a 75% mortgage. The remaining 20% is paid off as an equity loan, which remains interest free for five years.
