Fresh Start For Family In Shropshire

Jayne, 55, and Mathew, 55, Regan have settled into their new home at the housebuilder’s Welshpool Road development, Rose Place, with their furry friend Bella, a 12-year-old Jack Russell.

Jayne and Mathew were looking for a change of scenery and easy access to the Shrewsbury bypass, so the couple conducted thorough research to find a high quality new build home that ticked all their boxes without the need to compromise on anything.

Jayne says: “We knew the build quality and design of the home were important to us. We wanted at least three bedrooms and an office, and we managed to get both at Rose Place with the added bonus of a large kitchen space. Our home has already proven to be energy efficient. We were looking for a low maintenance property that was cheaper to run than our previous home, and we really noticed a difference in the winter months.” 

The couple used the equity from their previous home to purchase their new property in the flourishing Shrewsbury community. Jayne and Mathew now make the most of four bedrooms as well as a home office, a large kitchen, dining area and a spacious lounge in their Kirkdale style home.
