Open Weekends At Two Developments In North Somerset

Research suggests that three-bedroom homes are attracting the largest levels of home buyer demand across the country, and this is echoed by Newland Homes.

The housebuilder is holding special open weekends at two of their North Somerset developments on the weekends of the 22 - 23 January, and 29 - 30 January to respond to heightened interest. 

More than half of the new homes are now occupied at Newland Homes’ developments at Court de Wyck in Claverham and Mendip Gate in Churchill, but it’s the three-bedroom homes which have particularly piqued interest as Marcus Evans, Newland Homes’ sales and marketing director explains: “Three is the magic number when it comes to bedrooms. It’s a future-proofed option for young couples, practical for a growing family, and ideal for downsizers who often want to minimise upkeep responsibilities without compromising on space.”
