After selling their house in Churchdown, Janine Whittington, 45, decided to downsize from her previous detached five-bedroom home to Bromford’s Twigworth Green development with her four children, George, 17, Louie, 11, Henry, 8, and Oliver, 4.

Having the option of Shared Ownership was a real positive for us too, as I was able to purchase this home and be on the property ladder without needing a large deposit or to afford a full mortgage.”

Janine adds: “The home suits us perfectly as it has lots of cupboard space in the kitchen which is very much a necessity for us. The bedrooms are all a brilliant size too which was definitely a selling point. We all feel very settled here and it is such a great feeling to know I have bought this home on my own.”
