New homes in Fife have appeal for a wide range of house-hunters

House-hunters looking to find a new home in Fife certainly have plenty of options available to them. A host of housebuilders currently have developments across the county, which has never been more popular amongst commuters, families and downsizers alike.

Phase three of Bellway Homes' Birchwood development in Cowdenbeath has recently been released and includes a selection of three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family properties from £137,995. Upstairs the master bedroom comes with an en suite and all four bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. An integral garage completes the picture.

Barratt Homes offers a collection of three- and four-bedroom properties priced from £149,995 at its Bluebell Meadows development in Dunfermline. Popular with commuters to Edinburgh, Dunfermline has plenty of local amenities including high street and independent shops, restaurants, pubs, golf courses, Pittencrieff Park, a cinema, bowling alley and its own football club. Priced at £193,995, the ‘Crieff' house type is a detached four-bedroom property with features including an open-plan dining kitchen, separate lounge, utility room, en suite to the master bedroom and an integral garage.
