Current Four-Bedroom Homes From East Midlands Housebuilder

Here we take a detailed look at some of our favourite four-bedroom house types for sale from William Davis Homes in the East Midlands.

‘The Beamish’, Regency Park

Located on the edge of Castle Donington, Regency Park will comprise some 183 homes when completed, with a choice of two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. Local shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants and well-regarded schools are all within easy reach of home, and the centres of Derby and Nottingham are around 20 and 35 minutes’ drive away respectively.

‘The Severn’, Prince’s Place

Radcliffe-on-Trent is a village east of Nottingham where William Davis Homes is building some 400 new properties from two-bedroom ideal starter homes to five-bedroom executive houses in Prince’s Place. There are plenty of useful shops and amenities within walking distance and family buyers will find well-performing schools in the area, such as South Nottinghamshire Academy, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. The village has a railway station and it’s only 20 minutes by road to central Nottingham.

‘The Severn’ on Plot 480 is currently priced at £475,000 and has a single garage and private driveway. The front porch of this double-fronted home leads to a welcoming hallway off which is lounge to one side and a study to the other at the front, and which leads to the kitchen/dining/family room at the rear, which has a glazed bay to the garden. There’s a utility room with its own door to the outside, and a cloakroom. Three of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobe storage and bedroom one has an en suite shower room. The others can share the bathroom.

‘The Soar’, Skylarks

The Skylarks development is in Chesterfield in Derbyshire, and being on the edge of the Peak District, it could make the perfect choice for buyers craving easy access to fresh, open countryside and natural beauty. Located just five minutes from the town centre, this site is conveniently placed to make the most of local shops and facilities, and only half-an-hour from the likes of Mansfield and Sheffield. The range of two- to five-bedroom homes here starts at £225,000.

‘The Soar’ is an L-shaped house type priced at £360,000 and it comes with a single garage. At the front is a living room with characterful bay window, and at the rear is the kitchen/dining room, off which is a utility room. There are also French doors to the garden. Upstairs, bedrooms one and two come with built-in wardrobes and the main bedroom as the asset of an en suite too. The family bathroom and a storage cupboard off the landing complete the first-floor layout.

‘The Sherford’, Wellington Place

Prices currently start at £255,000 for the available range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes this development to the north-west of Market Harborough. Wellington Place offers rural surroundings within easy reach of the town centre and its well-connected railway station, about an hour from London on the line with Nottingham, Leicester and Kettering. Shops, schools, places to eat and leisure facilities around here are all of a high standard.

‘The Sherford’ is a home which provides plenty of living space set across three floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen/diner with utility room and bay to the rear garden, as well as a lounge, understairs storage and a cloakroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have built-in wardrobes and which can all she the family bathroom. The top floor is dedicated to the principal bedroom which comes with en suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. This home is priced at £475,000 and has a detached single garage.
