Take 3…Home Counties Developments For Great Grammar Schools

For younger families who are house-hunting, the quality of schools is one of the top factors when considering their best choice of a new home, and this could involve looking many years ahead to when the children move from primary to secondary education.

Grammar schools are highly regarded (and commonly rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted) and we’ve picked three current developments in the Home Counties that are within easy reach of one of these top-rated places of learning.

Beaulieu, Essex (Countryside)

BeaulieuChelmsford is renowned for offering a very high standard of education, with schools in the area regularly feature in The Sunday Times Good Schools Guide. In 2019, King Edward VI Grammar School and Chelmsford County High School for Girls were placed in the top 20 for A level and GCSE results in the whole of the country.
