Sunningdale House Developments is offering a number of homes at Nursery Fields that will appeal to house-hunters looking to make the most of what Kent can offer.

Situated in the village of Worth, between Sandwich and Deal, residents will be living in a characterful village with a church, cricket ground, duck pond, a pub, a restaurant/bar and primary school. It’s surrounded by open countryside and within easy reach of the coast, major roads and two well-served towns with High Speed links to London.

Currently for sale at the 32-home development are houses to suite a range of budgets with exterior design inspired by the local period homes but fitted to high, contemporary standards. The specification includes fitted kitchens (and in some homes, an additional utility room) with major-brand appliances, gas-fired central heating, double glazed sash windows, TV and BT points to selected rooms with hard wiring for Sky. Tiled bathrooms and en suites come with contemporary white suites with chrome fittings, fitted cabinets, chrome towel rails, shaver sockets, and illuminated demister mirrors in selected units. In selected plots are underfloor heating and bi-folding doors to kitchen/diner areas, traditional fireplaces and fitted wardrobes. There are landscaped and turfed gardens to the front and rear, with rear gardens having a paved patio section, and remote-control garages.
