Stamp Duty Holiday: Great New Homes Under £500,000

With the recently announced Stamp Duty holiday meaning buyers in England won’t pay a penny of it on homes up to £500,000 before 31 March 2021, here’s a look at some examples of what new build homes a budget of half-a-million pounds might get you around the country.

North East: Hexham, Northumberland
