Oak Point by Clearview Homes - Show Home Room by Room
Oak Point features 26 high specification one- and two-bedroom apartments in a stylish contemporary building, which has been architecturally designed to maximise the corner setting on Sutton Court Road. All of the properties benefit from outside space in the form of a private terrace, balcony or private garden.
Shelley West, sales and marketing director for Clearview Homes comments: “We are delighted with the response we have had so far for the apartments at Oak Point and are pleased to have already reserved over 50% of them.
“The development has excellent communication links into London and a large number of purchasers are taking advantage of the Help to Buy London which offers a 40% equity loan from the Government towards the cost of your new home. The apartments are ideal for first-time buyers and downsizers alike and will be ready to move into in from this October.”
Each apartment at Oak Point is built to a high specification and features a contemporary finish inside, with professionally designed kitchens with gas hob and integrated appliances. There is also lift access to all floors, video entry system to the building and each apartment has allocated parking.
The interiors were designed by Phoenix Interior Design.
Kitchen/dining area: To complement the contemporary white kitchen we used an airy, all-glass circular dining table that seems to float within the room, but sleek lines make its presence entirely known. Made of tempered glass for extra durability and strength, its cross-shaped base is anchored by handsome, brushed brass - finished metal joinery. We simply added four fully upholstered felt grey dining chairs and dressed the table for breakfast.
Living area: The living area was precisely designed to maximise the space. Boasting a large corner sofa with an upholstered coffee table. The statement artwork against the soft grey wall brings in the pop of teal along with the soft plush rug. We made sure that the natural light wasn’t taken away by having simple sheer curtains on a cast iron pole. We used statement pieces as focal points such as our lamp table which is faceted like a cut gem, made in a textured brass finish.
Master bedroom: The soft velvet floor to ceiling headboard allowed us to create that little bit of luxury as you enter the room. The headboard sits against a wallpaper of shimmering beads that create an intricate Moroccan inspired design in muted grey. The white lacquer bedside tables with the brushed brass legs bring in a contemporary edge, juxtaposed with statement mirrors above. We ensured that the colour scheme followed through the apartment by using a teal leading edge on the curtains with teal accessories and cushions.
Prices at Oak Point range from £300,000 to £450,000.
The show apartment is open Thursdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 5pm.
