This appealing part of London is a massive draw for aspirational homebuyers looking to benefit from better value for money, yet enjoy the ever-increasing benefits of the ongoing regeneration.”

The company has secure four off-plan purchasers already at the scheme, where the first phase offers just six large four- and five-bedroom properties, with prices starting at £575,000 and Part Exchange and Help to Buy available. Subject to planning, a further phase of up to 40 homes will offer an increased choice of house types.
