Release of new homes in Leicestershire town

Over 50 homes are set to be built in a brand new development from Westleigh that has just been launched in the Leicestershire town of Wigston, just a few miles south of Leicester itself.

The first few homes now available to reserve include a choice of three- and four-bedroom designs, with prices from £232,950 to £309,950. Every home is available under the Help to Buy scheme.

“We are incredibly excited by the launch of the first few homes at Thornhill Fields,” says Lisa Morris, new homes manager at Westleigh. “Thanks to their excellent and well-connected location, I don’t expect the new homes to be on the market for very long, so I would urge would-be buyers to register their interest without delay – or risk missing out!”

With local shopping and leisure facilities, as well as a number of schools for primary and secondary-age children, Thornhill Fields is also well placed for the city centre and a host of regional areas of interest.

Last home for sale at King’s Lynn scheme

Orchard PlaceLovell has announced that just one home remains for sale on the first phase at its Orchard Place development in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, less than four months after the initial batch of 26 properties was released.

The home offered is the ‘Russet’ four-bedroom detached house, priced at £269,950. This property is available through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.

Lovell regional sales manager Adrian Garrood says: “We’ve had an extremely busy few months with the development generating phenomenal demand and many homes selling well ahead of being built. In an area with very little brand-new housing available, Orchard Place gives buyers the opportunity to secure a fantastic contemporary home brilliantly located for the centre of King’s Lynn and for travel across the region.

“We’d encourage interested buyers to get in touch now for updates on the next phase of homes which are set to be released in the New Year.”
