Shared Ownership apartments at Chelsea Bridge released
Peabody has launched its first Shared Ownership homes for sale this year at West View Battersea, part of Berkeley’s Vista development at Chelsea Bridge.
The 54 Shared Ownership properties are available to first-time buyers who live or work within the borough of Wandsworth and earn less that £90,000 per year and provide a choice of one- and two-bedroom apartments in a desirable area on the border of Battersea Park and Nine Elms.

New homes to launch in Rickmansworth
St William, a division of WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2017 The Berkeley Group is unveiling a collection of apartments at a new development in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, on Saturday 3 February.
Elmswater offers a range of 48 two- and three-bedroom properties, with Crane Lodge the first of two blocks to be released. New show house opens at Norfolk development

Taylor Wimpey has now officially launched the next phase of homes at its popular Cranbrook development, located a few miles east of the centre of Exeter.
