The latest events, launches and offers for house-hunters in the new homes market across the UK...

The end of the year is close, but there is still a lot of activity in the UK’s new homes market, with a great selection of developments to choose from and the latest collection of special offers, launches and events for house-hunters…

Launch event at Derbyshire development this weekend

Two new show homes will open at a festive launch event from Harron Homes this weekend, when visitors are welcome to visit the Thornberries development in Matlock, Derbyshire.

The launch, on Saturday 9 December, will be the first chance to see two fully decorated five-bedroom detached show homes, the ‘Edlingham’ and the ‘Kenilworth’.

“It’s very difficult to get a feel for the interior layout of a property from drawings alone,” says Karen Vincent-Ernst, sales director for interior designers Vogue Showhomes, “so coming to see the show homes in person is an absolute must for anyone who wants to make Thornberries their new home. Both are beautiful family homes that have been very carefully designed by our team to meet all the latest interior trends, so be sure to pay a visit to the development.”

Thornberries features three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with Part Exchange and Help to Buy options for buyers. The development is just half-an-hour from Derby and on the fringe of the Peak District.
