Interior design event at Heritage Walk in Kew Bridge

Housebuilder St James is hosting a specialist interior design event in collaboration with The Furniture Union on Saturday 23 September from 1pm-3pm, which will offer guests insight into how to dress their apartment.

Heritage Walk by St James features a collection of 74 luxury apartments set alongside a linear park and landscaped courtyard gardens just moments away from Chiswick High Street, the beautiful Royal Botanical Kew Gardens and the River Thames.

Residents have already started moving in at the scheme and there are now just three two-bedroom apartments remaining. Residents also benefit from the convenience of a 24-hour concierge service, private residents' gym and gated undercroft parking.

The event will take place at Heritage Walk Sales & Marketing Suite, Kew Bridge Road, London TW8 0EF, and attendance is by appointment only, please call 020 8108 7052 or email [email protected].

Prices for homes at the development start from £699,950.

Stamp duty paid at Saxon Fields

This weekend, 23 and 24 September, Kier Living Eastern is holding a special Showcase Weekend at its Saxon Fields development in the village of Blofield.

As part of its Showcase Weekend at the development in the village of Blofield, which dates back to the Domesday Book, Kier Living Eastern has a range of incentives including offering to pay the stamp duty on selected plots and the possibility of part exchange.

The event, which will include the opportunity to look at different house types, will take place at the Yarmouth Road site on Saturday 23 September and Sunday 24 September from 10am to 5pm. The Stamp Duty offer means buyers could save up to £14,350, for a limited time only.

Prices at Saxon Fields include £262,995 for a three-bedroom home, £299,995 for a four-bedroom property and £424,995 for five-bedroom house. Help to Buy may be available on homes at Saxon Fields.

Redrow to host open house weekend

Next weekend, September 30 – October 1, Redrow Homes is hosting an open house weekend at their Burcote Park development, situated on the edge of the village of Woodburcote, near Towcester. Across two phases, Ash Gardens and Oak View, there is a selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom properties.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), explains: “Home buyers appreciate the importance of visiting places they’re thinking of living at different times of day, but perhaps haven’t thought of applying the same principle to different seasons. The Edwardian parkland that provides the backdrop to the homes at Burcote Park is awash with colour at this time of year, providing a new ambience to the new neighbourhood.

“The open weekend is the perfect opportunity to see the homes in their autumnal glory with three show homes across the two phases, plus a finished example of the Sequoia design, available to view. We’d encourage anyone planning to visit to book an appointment via My Redrow, the exclusive members’ only area of our website, so that they can be given a guided tour of the properties by the sales team.”

Linden Homes to host Assisted Move weekend

Linden Homes North West will host an Assisted Move weekend in Oldham on September 30, which will give house hunters a helping hand with selling their current homes and moving in to a brand-new property.

The event will take place at the housebuilder’s St Augustine’s development, a 54-home scheme that features a mix of high quality three-bedroom mews, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached new homes.

Families and individuals will get the chance to find out more about the Assisted Move Scheme, which removes marketing fees and estate agent costs and makes selling your home quick and simple.

For those who choose to sign up to the scheme, Linden Homes’ Assisted Move partners, Property Perspective, will arrange an independent valuation of your current home and agree a marketing price. The Property Perspective team will then directly liaise with estate agents to sell your home within a pre-agreed timescale, and once a sale is agreed, your Linden Homes property will be reserved.

Final two homes available at Signal Walk, Marlow

Signal Walk is located in the heart of the sought after riverside town of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The development, which features nine three-bedroom homes with accommodation spread over three floors offers an impressive 1,213 sq. ft. of living space in each home.

Shelley West, sales and marketing director for Clearview Homes says: “We have been delighted with the success we have seen at Signal Walk since we opened our show home in June. Already we have six of the homes occupied and one reserved so I urge those interested in the development to visit and see for themselves the high-quality homes.

“As well as spacious living space spread over three floors, each home has the added benefit of private parking, which is something highly sought after in Marlow. The development is also moments from the train station offering regular services into London, Reading and the West, with the added bonus of Crossrail coming to nearby Maidenhead in 2018 which will have a positive effect on commuting times from Marlow.”

Plot 2 and 3 at Signal Walk are available at £725,000. The show home is open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am – 5pm. For further information please call 07875 321646 or visit clearviewhomes.co.uk
