New homes come to Maisemore

Newland Homes has just launched a brand new collection of homes in Maisemore, a village just two miles north-west of Gloucester city centre.

Rectory Gardens comprises 28 three-, four- and five-bedroom houses, each combining the latest specification and interior layout with an architecture sympathetic to the local, traditional vernacular. The largest house type on the development, is the ‘Painswick’, which has been professionally decorated and fitted throughout to be the show home. This detached house has an open-plan kitchen/dining/conservatory, utility room and a separate lounge downstairs, while upstairs are two bedrooms with en suite and built-in wardrobes, two further double bedrooms and a single room could be a home office, study or play room. This property also has an attached single garage.

Gail Remnant, associate sales director at Newland Homes, says: “Gloucester is home ground for Newland Homes and we’re pleased to be back building homes in the area. For us, it is important that our homes are not only where people want to live, and Maisemore is such a desirable location thanks to its countryside location and links into Gloucester, but that the homes also work for modern family living too as well as blending into the existing community that they will become a part of.”

A ‘Painswick’ will cost from £525,000, while a four-bedroom detached ‘Hartpury’ home is priced from £495,000. The marketing suite and show home are open daily from 11.00am until 5.00pm.
