Final homes for sales at luxury Peebles development

Queensberry Properties has just released the last three detached villas at its popular Hydro Gardens development in Peebles, on the Scottish Borders, which are set in the grounds of the Peebles Hydro Hotel and built to the luxury one might expect at such a prestigious venue.

Buyers in Whetstone set for a Part Exchange weekend from Taylor Wimpey

Oakleigh GroveSaturday 22 and Sunday 23 July are dedicated to a Part Exchange weekend at Oakleigh Grove, a development in Whetstone, north London from national housebuilder Taylor Wimpey.

House-hunters can visit the sales information centre of the site both days, from 10.00am to 5.30pm, to speak to the team about the company’s Part Exchange initiative and the range of three- and four-bedroom homes at the development. Under the scheme, the company will offer a price based on independent valuations on the purchasers current home, and then coordinate the sale/purchase and save the buyer the estate agent’s fee. On the Saturday, and independent financial advisor will also be on hand.

Jack Costello, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “The process of selling, buying and moving to a new home can be a frustrating and time-consuming experience, but our Part Exchange initiative takes away the stress of finding a buyer by eliminating the property chain altogether. It means customers can just look forward to moving to a brand new low-maintenance house. However, the popularity of the initiative means the exquisite properties we have remaining at Oakleigh Grove are likely to sell fast, so I’d urge would-be movers to pay us a visit during our Part Exchange event to find out more.”

Prices for these three- and four-bedroom homes start at £740,000.
