Part Exchange events with Elan Homes in Cheshire
Regional housebuilder Elan Homes is hosting Part Exchange events at two of its current developments in the North West of England this weekend, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 April, giving house-hunters with a property to sell the chance to avoid the risks of the traditional ‘property chain’.

Purchase assistance schemes offered at Buckinghamshire development

Next phase of homes offered at popular Erith site
At The Quarry, a development underway in a joint venture between L&Q and The Anderson Group, a second phase of homes has just been released to homebuyers looking for a new build in Erith, in the London Borough of Bexley.
