Off-plan launch for new homes in North Wales

Elan Homes is pleased to announce that a collection of 24 new homes in Argoed, near Mold in Flintshire, will be available to buy off-plan from early January.

Argoed Gardens is being constructed on the site of a former service station on Main Road and will offer a range of three- and four-bedroom houses. Keen buyers will be able to secure the plot they want off-plan, some time before the planned March unveiling of a show home at the development. Prices will be announced at the off-plan launch.

“Potential purchasers have been showing a keen interest in our latest offering at Argoed Gardens and are eager to know when the first homes will be released for sale,” says Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North. “In response to demand we’ve decided to launch off-plan, giving customers the chance to purchase at the earliest opportunity. Those who buy before we open the show home will be able to take advantage of some fantastic special offers, plus they will be able to personalise their property selecting the finish of the kitchen and the bathroom amongst other features.”

Last few homes for sale from Redrow in Harrogate

Devonshire Gardens Award-winning Redrow Homes is offering the last few homes for sale at its Devonshire Gardens development in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, a final chance to buy in advance of a hiatus before the launch of a next phase in the future.

Purchasers have a choice of six one- and two-bedroom apartments and six five-bedroom townhouses to consider, with prices starting at £162,950. Buyers of the townhouses have a special offer from the housebuilder, with Redrow prepared to pay the stamp duty on behalf of customers, bringing a saving of up to £8,000.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (Yorkshire), says: “We do have a future phase planned but that won’t be starting for some time so, for now, this is the last chance for people to make Devonshire Gardens their home. We can meet the needs of a range of potential buyers, all with very different needs. But, of course, it also means competition to own one of the final properties could be fierce, so those wanting to enjoy the quality of our homes and the lovely location should make a move as soon as they can.”

Wide selection of new homes coming to New Eltham site

Linden Homes is bringing a wide range of new homes to a development in New Eltham, in the London Borough of Greenwich, on the former site of a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) sports ground.

Waterford Place will comprise two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes as well as a host of new facilities, such as a sports pitch, community building, school/community garden and parking/landscaping. Prices currently start at £649,950 for a three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Ardmore’ house type, set over two floors and with separate kitchen/utility/dining and living rooms. The master bedroom is en suite, and the property comes with its own private parking space.

Darren Maddox, managing director of Linden Homes South East, says: “With the history of the site in mind, we felt it was only appropriate to make this a feature of Waterford Place. As a result, the open green space sits directly in the centre of the development with homes situated around the outside. This means nearly every home has a fantastic outlook and access to green space right outside the front door. I’d urge anyone that is interested to come down and have a look around and talk the team about how we can help you secure a home here.”
