New Homes Released For Sale At Sycamore Manor

Posted 8 November 2021 by Helen Christie

The first wave of homes are released for sale at Redrow’s Sycamore Manor in Whittle-le-Woods…

The first four homes on the housebuilder’s latest development, off Mottram Close, are now available to reserve. They include the four-bedroom Richmond and Henley and three-bedroom Leamington Lifestyle.

Sycamore Manor will eventually consist of 39 homes. As it stands, it will be the only development in Lancashire where the housebuilder is building some of its most luxurious house styles including the Balmoral, Richmond and Blenheim.

Sian Pitt, sales director at Redrow Lancashire says: “Sycamore Green will satisfy a strong demand for large family homes in this area. It will include a selection of three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes from our award-winning Heritage Collection. There are also some of our popular ‘Lifestyle’ homes where fewer bedrooms mean larger, more luxurious bedrooms, each with their own en-suites.”

Sycamore Manor is being sold from Worden Gardens in Leyland and potential purchasers can visit three show homes and view floorplans and layouts for all the homes being built at Sycamore Manor.

“We would encourage any potential buyers to visit the show homes at Worden Gardens as they will be able to see the quality of our homes for themselves and see our wide range of options to personalise their home interiors,” adds Sian.

Located within easy reach of the M61, Sycamore Manor makes commuting to cities such as Preston, Manchester and Liverpool simple. There are a range of schools on the doorstep plus pubs and golf clubs and Chorley Train Station is less than three miles down the road taking residents to places such as Blackpool, Preston and Manchester.
