Launch of residential tower in Deptford this Saturday – People interested in purchasing an apartment in south-east London are invited to a launch event this Saturday 5 October at Anthology Deptford Foundry. Cobalt Tower comprise 58 homes over 22 storeys and attendees on the day will be able to see one-, two- and three-bedroom homes on the 10th floor. Residents here will benefit from a 12-hour concierge service and have access to communal landscaped gardens, including two children’s play areas. New homes unveiled in Erith – Development partners L&Q and The Anderson Group have just launched a new collection of homes at The Quarry, a development in Erith. It’s a range of homes with one to four bedrooms, priced from £225,000. All of the homes are eligible for London Help to Buy and are part of a wider development bring 600 homes and a a number of green open spaces, including a 3.25-hectare ecology area, ecology corridors and a village green. Development launched in Southwark – Estate agent KALMARs has launched 196 Southwark Park Road on behalf of developer Orchard Homes Group. The development, on the site of a former pub, comprises eight apartments and two houses alongside three commercial units and one office unit. Hombuyers can choose between one one-bedroom apartment (from £450,000), three two-bedroom apartments (from £600,000), four three-bedroom duplexes (from £750,000) and two three-bedroom houses (from £965,000). Launch of new homes on the Isle of Dogs this weekend – Notting Hill Genesis is launching some Shared Ownership apartments on the Isle of Dogs on Saturday 5 October at Dockside at Millharbour. A one-bedroom apartment located on the upper floors of the Salvor Tower starts at £121,250 for a 25% share (based on a full market value of £485,000.), requiring a deposit of £12,125. Eco-home properties launched in Mill Hill – Joseph Homes has released a range of homes for sale at No.1 Millbrook Park in Mill Hill. Launch of new homes in Sutton Coldfield this weekend – Connells is launching The Paddock in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 5 October. Two new homes for sale at 75% of market value – Taylor Wimpey is offering two of the homes at its Rochberie Heights development in Rugby for 75% of the market value under the Discounted Open Market Scheme, a Rugby Borough Council Affordable Housing initiative. To be eligible as a qualifying purchaser, applicants must either live, work or have immediate family living in Rugby. Before granting approval, Rugby Borough Council will consider factors such as local income, local house prices and whether the applicant has equity in any existing home. New phase of homes open at Poulton-le-Fylde development – Lancashire house-hunters are now welcome to investigate a new phase of homes just released by Redrow in Poulton-le-Fylde. Prices at Oldfield Park start at £136,000 for a two-bedroom mews house, available under Redrow’s ‘Advantage’ banner and are being sold at 80% of the market value to customers who fulfil a certain criteria. A three-bedroom Evesham is available for £156,000 through the Advantage scheme. For full market value, four-bedroom properties priced between £229,995 and £369,995. Incentives for Barratt Homes/David Wilson Homes across East Scotland sites – Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes (DWH) is offering a range of offers and incentives on plots at several developments in the east of Scotland in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife. These include: at Dovecot Mill in Haddington, ‘The Falkland’ on Plot 125 of the DWH site is available with Part Exchange and a contribution towards LBTT along with upgrades/extras worth over £5,000; at Heritage Grange, DWH is offering LBTT contributions, Part Exchange and up to £17,000 of added extras for upgraded kitchens and finishes on a number of three- and four-bedroom homes, while with Barratt Homes there, the three-bedroom ‘Bonnyton’ starts from £248,995 and is available with Part Exchange or a contribution towards LBTT as well as over £6,000 worth of upgrades throughout including an enhanced kitchen; and at The Limes in Edinburgh from Barratt Homes, the three-bedroom ‘Cawdor’ is available from £230,995 and comes with over £6,000 of upgrades and purchasers can also choose between Part Exchange or a contribution towards LBTT. Special event at Bothwell development this weekend – Miller Homes is inviting house-hunters to its Bothwellbank development in South Lanarkshire on Saturday 5 October from 10.30am to 4.30pm to an event where MasterChef finalist, Jilly McCord will be serving up brunch canapés and giving her top tips for creating the perfect kitchen space. New phase of homes comes to Brookfield – Renfrewshire house-hunters now have a new phase of homes at Weirs Wynd, a Barratt Homes development in Brookfield, which includes a number of three- and four-bedroom house types. New show homes open in Cheltenham – CALA Homes has just opened two new show apartments at 59 Lansdown, its development within walking distance of Cheltenham town centre that is providing five-bedroom villas and 42 apartments, which include four penthouses. Homes here can be purchased through the housebuilder’s up to 100% Part Exchange initiative and Help to Buy. The first release of apartments is a collection of eight one-bedroom apartments, five two-bedroom apartments and one penthouse. Information centre on Swansea homes opens – The Edenstone Group is opening an information centre about its upcoming Parc Ceirw Garden Village this Friday 4th October. Located on Enfield Close off Brodorion Drive, Morriston, it’s an office where potential buyers can find out more about the new collection of 300 homes being brought to the former Cwmrhydyceirw Quarry site in Swansea by Edenstone Homes and Bluebell Homes.
