EAST MIDLANDS

First-time buyer ‘extras’ from Larkfleet – Housebuilder Larkfleet Homes and its sister brand Allison Homes have launched a new package of ‘extras’ for first-time buyers, valid across a range of developments in the region. It aims to give them a chance to personalise their home as well as taking away some of the worry and hassle of guying one for the first time. The offer provdes super-fast broadband, 43" LG 4K Ultra HD television, Echo Plus 2 – Alexa, a choice of paint colours; washer/dryer, legal fees paid, a choice of carpets/vinyl, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and USB sockets in several rooms. The company also provides support and advice from finding a house and a mortgage to moving in. Launch event this weekend for Leicestershire development – Westleigh is unveiling a brand new development in of Stanton under Bardon, Leicestershire at a special Valentine-themed event this weekend, Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 February. Anyone visiting the collection of three- and four-bedroom homes at Stanton Meadows (priced from £214,950 and £305,950 respectively) can see the three-bedroom ‘Drayton’ show home, as well as being treated to an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. Just four homes left at Chapel-en-le-Frith development – Lovell has just four homes remaining for sale at The Coppice, its development in Chapel-en-le-Frith, Derbyshire. Buyers will be entitled to £5,000 towards their moving costs, which can include solicitor’s fees, an amount towards the deposit and much more, if they reserve before Thursday 28 February. Open Day at Surrey development this weekend – From noon to 4.00pm this Saturday 16 February, developer London Square is hosting an Open Day at its scheme in Tadworth, Surrey. Over half the units already sold at landmark Reading development – CNM Estates has announced that over 50% of apartments at its Verto development in Reading have been sold, with over half of them going to first-time buyers. First-time buyers attracted to Borough Green site – Having the option of Help to Buy has attracted first-time buyers to Pearsall Place in Borough Green, Kent.
