New phase of homes available at Bodmin site – House-hunters in Cornwall will now find a new range of homes available at Borough View, a development from Wainhomes in the town of Bodmin. It’s the third phase on the site, and initially brings three-storey, four-bedroom homes to the site, which is conveniently located for road and rail connection around the country and beyond. The ‘Dunmere’ starts and £272,950 and the ‘Tregony’ at £264,950. This development is delivering two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Find out more at 

Strong sales at Dobwalls development – Pearce Fine Homes has seen strong sales at its Greenacres development in Dobwalls, two miles west of Liskeard, with the first residents moved in before Christmas and just five plots remaining for sale there. There’s a show home on the site to give potential purchasers a chance to see first-hand the design and specification of all the properties, such as a fully fitted kitchen, oak doors and underfloor heating on the ground floor. New show home open at Chepstow development – Bellway Homes has just opened a new show home at Manor Chase, its development in Chepstow, Monmouthshire. The property, fully decorated and furnished, is a four-bedroom ‘Wenvoe’ house type, and it aims to give visitors to the site the chance to see the specification and styling of the housebuilder’s homes first-hand. Manor Chase is bringing a range of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes to the town, close to road and rail links, with prices on the available properties starting at £399,995. Find out more at 

New show home to open in the Vale of Glamorgan – Edenstone Homes is opening a new show home at The Woodlands in Dinas Powys at 10.30am on Saturday 19 January. It has proved to be a popular development since the first opportunity buy off-plan was introduced last August. The show home is a four-bedroom, detached ‘Farnham’ house type. Spread over 1,515 sq ft, this property has an open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, utility room, separate lounge, en suite master bedroom and family bathroom. Open Day at Hull development – Saturday 19 January sees an Open Day at Liberty House, a development in the heart of Hull from Iguana Developments. House-hunters can register to attend the event, which will give them the opportunity to talk to the marketing team about the range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments coming to the city (with prices currently starting at £118,000, £164,500 and £190,500 respectively). The government-backed Help to Buy scheme is being offered at the development, requiring a 5% deposit and providing a 20% equity loan, interest-free for the first five years. Find out more at


Open House at Northamptonshire development this weekend – Anyone looking for a new home in Brixworth, Northamptonshire, are welcome to come to an Open House event at Saxon Rise on Blackthorn Crescent this Saturday 19 January. Barratt Homes will have two properties open for visitors, the ‘Harrogate’ and the ‘Halesowen’. Special reservation offer on Leicestershire homes – Regional housebuilder Westleigh has a special offer to potential purchasers looking for a home a one of its Leicestershire developments. Until Thursday 31 January, there is a reservation fee of just £99 at four sites: Beacon Place in Loughborough; Melton Fields in Melton Mowbray; Stanton Meadows in Stanton under Bardon; and Wolsey Island in Leicester. Prices for two-, three- and four-bedroom homes start from £199,950, £209,950 and £284,950 respectively, and Help to Buy is available. Find out more at 



Homes close to completion at two of housebuilder’s sites – Launched towards the end of 2018, Keeper’s Green in Chichester, West Sussex and The Lanterns in Stevenage, Hertfordshire both have homes close to completion and ready to move into this spring. At Keepers Green, prices for a one- and two-bedroom apartments start from £207,500 and £275,000 respectively. Two- and three-bedroom houses are available from £340,000 and £372,500 respectively, and those with four bedrooms start from £525,000. New development launched in Camberley – Millgate has just unveiled its latest new homes development. Kings Ridge in Camberley, Surrey comprises just 12 luxury apartments overlooking the 18th green of the prestigious Camberley Heath Golf Club and its 130 acres of heathland. Buyers have a choice of two- and three-bedroom apartments. Prices start at £595,000 at the gated site, with each home having an open-plan design and high specification. Many of them have a balcony or patio area to provide private outdoor space. Popular start at Borehamwood site – Taylor Wimpey is inviting potential buyers to visit its Poets Rise development in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, which has seen keen sales since its launch in November 2018. Purchasers can choose to reserve from a choice of two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £393,500 and £649,995 respectively. Some plots can be bought through Help to Buy. These homes are currently being sold from the housebuilder’s Affinity development, located on Elstree Way, Borehamwood, which is open to visitors from Saturday to Thursday from 10.00am to 5.30pm and from 11.30am to 5.30pm on Friday. New homes in Aldershot just launched – Barratt Southern Counties launched its Bruneval Gardens development last weekend. Situated in Aldershot, the development benefits from being nearby to the town centre and train station, which offers direct links to London in 46 minutes. The first phase of homes consists of three- and four-bedroom houses, with prices starting from £425,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached house. Launch this weekend for new development in Haywards Heath – Barratt and David Wilson Southern Counties is launching its joint Wychwood Park development this weekend (Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 January). Situated in Haywards Heath, the development is close to Burgess Hill, Horsham, Crawley and the South Downs, while direct trains provide easy access to London and Brighton. Release of third phase at Southampton development – Inland Homes is unveiling the third phase of its Meridian Waterside development from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 January. This newest collection, located on the old Meridian TV studios, comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom, to be available off-plan and priced from £175,000. Road Show at Brighton development this Saturday – Saturday 19 January sees Southern Home Ownership bringing an educational Road Show to Artisan, its Shared Ownership development in Brighton. From 11.00am to 4.00pm, potential buyers can visit the site and learn more about what Shared Ownership entails, how to finance the purchase and what the properties are like by exploring the show home. Last home available at Oxfordshire development – Barratt Homes has just one home left at Meadow View, its development in Watchfield. Micro-apartment developers plan launch event for Witham scheme – First-time buyers can get on the property ladder for just £8,750 at Lime Tree Place, with zero Stamp Duty and Help to Buy. Specialist micro-apartment developers Inspired Homes and Equinox Living are holding a launch event on Thursday 17 January between 4.00pm and 8.00pm, with a second chance event on Saturday 19 January between 10.00am and 4.00pm. The development comprises 98 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The developers will pay for furniture and legal fees for buyers who reserve during the launch weekend, 17-19 January. Redrow Homes South Midlands launches luxury apartments – Due to popular demand, Redrow Homes at Sanderson Manor in Hauxton has launched luxury apartments for the very first time.
