Race Into A New Home Along The London Marathon Route
This year, the London Marathon takes place on Sunday 22 April. The London Marathon is run on a relatively flat route around London, beginning in Blackheath and finishing in The Mall by St James’ Park.
It is a huge annual event, and spectators line the streets to support the runners. There are some great spots along the route for the supporters, but there are several new developments near the course, giving residents some of the best, uninterrupted views of the race, and of London.
Enderby Wharf (Barratt London)
The marathon starts at the top of Greenwich Park in Blackheath, with three different starting lines. Enderby Wharf is just a short stroll from the park, and Blackheath village and Greenwich town centre are just a walk away. Residents have access to a fitness suite, private outdoor space and a 24-hour concierge service. There is also underground parking available on selected apartments. The development is made up of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and two rooftop apartments. Eligible properties are available to purchase using the Help to Buy London scheme.
