Move in time for Christmas – a range of new builds can host your festive season

Posted 30 September 2016 by Keith Osborne

There's plenty of choice of new homes across the country ready to move into between now and Christmas and we take a look at a few of our favourites...

If you really want to make it into a brand new home for Christmastime, now is exactly the right time to go on a serious search for it, with a range of excellent new builds ready for some lucky buyer to move into.

One of the great advantages of picking a new build as your next home is the purchase of a 'blank canvas', perfectly fitted and finished property that will be ready to use the moment you move in. No need to refurbish the kitchen before considering your festive meal, or to replace a tired bathroom before inviting the relatives around.

Here are just a few new build homes for sale around the UK that will be ready for you to move into for 25 December:

Westbury Court, Bicester, Oxfordshire (Property Frontiers) - This scheme isn't far from the renowned Bicester Village outlet centre, and it consists of just 17 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies, overlooking Pioneer Square and the new public area being developed. With journey times of 50 minutes to London Marylebone and 14 minutes to Oxford, it's a great commuter base, while an expected 5.7% yield will please buy-to-let investors. Prices start at £194,000.
