Developer’s Focus On Buying And Investing In Croydon New Homes

Posted 28 April 2023 by Keith Osborne

Award-winning housebuilder London Square has investigated what Croydon offers to homebuyers and property investors...

London Square – a developer which has achieved many wins in the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards – is encouraging buyers and investors in brand new homes to consider the benefits of Croydon’s buoyant property market.

London Square Croydon is a development bringing 108 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and duplex penthouses to one of south London’s best-known and best-served districts, located on the doorstep of West Croydon station and many of the area’s shops and amenities. The 21-storey building offers residents impressive facilities of its own, with 24-hour concierge, communal lounge with landscaped terrace, two more landscaped terraces with city-wide views from the 20th storey, secure storage for 204 bicycles and membership to a car club.

These new homes are very energy-efficient, with an EPC B rating and underfloor heating. With open-plan layouts, full-height windows and generous winter gardens, properties here come with a specification including video entry system, contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms/en suites with top-name appliances and fittings, flooring/carpeting throughout (with a choice of colours, depending on the stage of construction) and fitted wardrobes to the principal bedroom.
