Just a handful of new homes left for sale at popular Cosby development

Help to Buy and Part Exchange provide extra incentives for Leicestershire house-hunters to consider the last few new homes at Hardy's Yard...

New homes provider Westleigh Homes has seen a great deal of buyer interest at its Hardy’s Yard development in Cosby, Leicestershire, with 18 of the 22 properties now reserved and just four more on the market.

Hardy’s Yard will comprise a range of house types from three-bedroom semi-detached to four- and five-bedroom detached homes, appealing to everyone from first-time buyers to families and downsizers. The remaining homes, priced from £337,500, are also available through Part Exchange or Help to Buy, making it easier to secure the ideal new home for those with a small deposit or a property to sell.

The show home is still open at the development, so house-hunters are still able to see the build and finish quality for themselves at the site. With its Part Exchange scheme, Westleigh arranges for specialist independent selling agents to value your existing home and, based on these valuations, makes an offer on your property, typically within seven days.  Once you agree a price, you can reserve your new home without having to pay any agent’s fees and ensure you can move out of your old home and straight into your new one without delay.

Hardy’s Yard offers views of the popular village’s 14th-century parish church, St Michael and All Angels, and is within easy reach of many amenities, including Fosse Retail Park and a local primary school. The site is also ideally placed for the M1 and M69 motorways.
