Homes For Sale With Help To Buy In The East Of England

The Help to Buy scheme was re-launched in April 2021 for first-time buyers on selected plots at developments across the East of England, where the regional price threshold is £407,400.

Willow Grove is part of the growing community of Wixams, near Bedford, and Plot 137 is the ‘Wilstead’, a two-bedroom coach house from Barratt Homes priced at £265,995. This sits on top of three carports and offers an open-plan lounge and dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms and a large bathroom. Hill is inviting first-time buyers to an event at Rayners Green in Ely on Saturday 21 August, from 10.00am to 4.00pm, where they can find out more about Help to Buy. If you reserve a three-bedroom home at the development before 31 August 2021 there's zero Stamp Duty to pay (terms and conditions apply). One example is ‘The Rowan’, a semi-detached home with carport and driveway, priced at £369,950. This property has a spacious, fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room and a light and airy living/dining room with doors leading to the private rear garden. Upstairs are a family bathroom and three double bedrooms, with an en suite and fitted wardrobe to bedroom one.
