The WhatHouse? team takes a close look at our current favourite new build home for sale – a four-bedroom house type called ‘The Jaywick’ which is currently on the market at The Spires in Herefordshire.

Right now, there are only two homes for sale at The Spires and they are both ‘The Jaywick’.In all, there is 1,204 sq ft of living space in one of these detached properties.
