New Help To Buy Apartments At Maidstone Community

Posted 10 November 2021 by Helen Christie

Leading housebuilder Redrow has just launched 18 apartments at Monchelsea Park, its 302 home community in Maidstone…

The 18 new apartments are available with the Help to Buy scheme, ideal for first-time buyers looking to climb onto the property ladder.

To accompany the three- and four-bedroom houses, Redrow has launched a collection of two-bedroom apartments across two, three-storey buildings, named Bicknor House and Sutton House.

They each come with two double bedrooms, a sweeping open plan kitchen diner and living room, ample storage, and an allocated single parking space. The main bedroom is accompanied by a private en-suite in addition to a separate bathroom.

Stuart Galloway, sales manager at Redrow South East comments: “We're delighted to be offering a range of apartments at Monchelsea Park which all come with Help to Buy. With Maidstone house prices steadily rising over recent months, there is a lack of availability of Help to Buy properties, crucial for supporting first-time buyers purchasing their first home.

“We host dedicated Help to Buy weekends where our teams can answer any questions on the buying process, so we encourage interested home-hunters to visit our on-site sales centre, where our consultants and an independent financial advisor would be delighted to assist.”

The community of homes is in a great location, with only a 15-minute car journey into the historic Maidstone town centre. They have been carefully designed around pockets of green open spaces. Neighbouring Bicknor Wood and surrounding fields offer residents the opportunity to explore the nearby natural surroundings.

Monchelsea Park is located to the south east of Maidstone, and a network of new and existing cycleways and footpaths have been integrated into the new community to provide connections to the town centre and surrounding area. New homeowners have easy access to the centre of Maidstone, with the shops and restaurants a 15-minute drive. Within walking and cycling distance are schools, supermarkets, a garden centre, pubs, and restaurants, including the popular Potting Shed, a nearby restaurant and hotel.

All apartments are priced under £275,000.
