Keith OsborneFor house-hunters in the North West of England who have a home to sell, David Wilson Homes is offering a great way of avoiding the potential misery thanks to its Part Exchange initiative.
The Part Exchange Guarantee Scheme is available on selected developments and plots and takes away the hassle of selling the property on the open market, and avoiding the problems of a property chain. David Wilson Homes will agree a price with you on your existing home and act as a cash buyer. You can also arrange a date so that you can move in from your existing home to the new one when it is completed. You’ll also save thousands of pounds of estate agent fees. (terms and conditions apply).
