Keith OsborneDavid Wilson Homes has ‘taken a walk on the wild side’ and installed a number of wildlife friendly features at its Stanneylands development in Wilmslow.
With the installation of the new wildlife friendly features, prospective buyers of the development will be able to embrace nature and be a part of an inclusive community that welcomes residents of all species.
Stanneylands includes a number of amenities all with the aim of welcoming nature, including bat and bird boxes, a water vole habitat, species rich grassland and even a maintained wildlife corridor. The housebuilder also aims to introduce a number of animal friendly features within its sales arenas, with the goal of these being installed by the end of the year.

The housebuilder’s Home of the Week is Plot 134, the ‘Bradgate’ house type, which is £615,000 and comes with £10,000 of kitchen and flooring upgrades.
