Cruden Homes launches new homes in central Edinburgh

Sensibly priced family homes at ‘Oaklands', a new development in central Edinburgh from award-winning housebuilder Cruden Homes (East), will be launched over the weekend of 29/30 March 2014.

The development aims to be a winner with buyers due to its handy location in the heart of the capital and its affordable prices. The first release of properties will have prices starting from around £199,000 for a three-bedroom semi-detached villa, while a four-bedroom detached villa will be available from only £249,000. Future releases will include two and three-bedroom terraced villas, with prices starting from around £160,000 through to £185,000.
