The Dunes in Freshfield

A home in one of Merseyside’s most sought-after neighbourhoods could cost much less than you think with special Black Friday deals from Elan Homes. 

The homebuilder is nearing a sell-out at The Dunes in Freshfield, Formby, close to Victoria Road aka Millionaire’s Row. The company is helping to make living in the popular neighbourhood easier to afford.

Those who reserve a new home between now and Black Friday (27 November) will be able to take advantage of Black Friday incentives with the potential to save more than £40,000.

Among the final properties available are the much-admired three-bedroom Palmerston and four-bedroom Halstead show homes.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, explains: “At The Dunes, selected homes are available with a £10,000 gifted deposit contribution plus an upgraded specification. Or there’s the chance to save a massive £40,000 off the price of the Halstead show home, bringing it within the threshold for the current Help to Buy scheme. Prices at The Dunes start from £369,995 for the three-bedroom Palmerston show home, set out over three floors. It’s available with a £10,000 gifted deposit contribution, an upgraded specification throughout including an integrated dishwasher in addition to the appliances Elan includes as standard.

The Black Friday promotion reduces the price of the four-bedroom Halstead show home from £639,995 to £599,995. It features an enhanced specification with light fittings, curtains and blinds also included.

Help to Buy equity loans are available on the final homes at The Dunes. To purchase a property using the scheme it must be reserved by 15 December and the purchase must legally complete by March 31 2021.

St Catherine’s Gardens in Lowton

Elan is offering a £10,000 gifted deposit contribution , plus flooring throughout and turfed rear garden, on selected homes at St Catherine’s Gardens reserved between now and Black Friday (27 November).

Brook Meadow in Loggerheards

A number of properties at Brook Meadow in the village of Loggerheads are eligible for the Stamp Duty holiday and the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.
