Developer Providing EV Charging Points For London Residents

With London’s Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) scheme now expanded, meaning owners of polluting vehicles face a £12.50 daily charge if they commute between the North Circular Road (A406) and South Circular Road (A205) any day of the week, thoughts have turned to living a more environmentally friendly life where possible.

TfL has revealed that London may need up to 60,000 electric vehicle charging points by 2030 to support the shift to greener transport. 128,000 diesel vehicles have disappeared from London’s roads since the initial ULEZ scheme was announced in 2017.

Grand Union features 14 acres of high-quality open space including landscaped gardens, riverside meadows, waterside pathways, making it a unique waterside destination to play, work and relax.

There will be a total of 3,350 homes as part of the development, which is being delivered on the 22-acre former derelict Northfields Industrial Estate. Some 300 charging points will be provided across the development.

Sovereign Court, Hammersmith
