Keith OsborneWith London’s Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) scheme now expanded, meaning owners of polluting vehicles face a £12.50 daily charge if they commute between the North Circular Road (A406) and South Circular Road (A205) any day of the week, thoughts have turned to living a more environmentally friendly life where possible.
TfL has revealed that London may need up to 60,000 electric vehicle charging points by 2030 to support the shift to greener transport. 128,000 diesel vehicles have disappeared from London’s roads since the initial ULEZ scheme was announced in 2017.
