Helen ChristieLocated in Winchester, Knights Quarter is a collection of apartments and townhouses. Berkeley has just launched the Lancelot Apartments, a new phase of one- and two-bedroom apartments at the development.
The homes at Knights Quarter are surrounded by the South Downs and the impressive heritage of the location, just half a mile from Winchester city centre. The development benefits from communal landscaped gardens, and many of the apartments enjoy a private balcony or terrace. Residents also benefit from amenities like the concierge facilities and a private residents gym.
The launch of the Lancelot Apartments also includes two new show apartments, designed by interior designers, Jigsaw and Phoenix.
Jigsaw says: “The scheme for property 68 (a one-bedroom apartment) is inspired by the current trends to appeal to the first-time buyer market. The dark wood flooring and gold metal details throughout the property inspired a cool and modern aesthetic. The colour palette includes soft, yet statement shades of teal blue paired with rich warm tan.”
Phoenix, interior designers of the latest two-bedroom show apartment, says: “We used a colour palette of teal, green and pink, all colours that are aligned with modern living and social movements that cross over multiple cultural boundaries. The little details that might not be immediately seen, but discovered while looking closer, including textures on fabrics, wallpapers, details on furniture and placement of accessories in such a way to create vignettes.”
One- and two-bedroom apartments are available at the development, with prices starting from £342,500
