Barratt Developments, under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, has special offers on properties across its portfolio in Scotland under its Home of the Week.

Pentland View, Bilston, Midlothian. Pentland View is a growing development of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes. The development has the backdrop of the Pentland Hills and is just seven miles from Edinburgh city centre. Plot 6 is the ‘Harris’ house type, a four-double-bedroom detached home with dedicated home office and a detached double garage. This is priced at £403,995, ready to move into this winter and is now available on the housebuilder’s Part Exchange Xtra scheme.

Barratt at Culloden West is a new community of terraced, semi-detached and detached three- and four-bedroom homes two-and-a-half miles from Inverness city centre with beautiful countryside on the doorstep. Plot 179 is a four-bedroom house called the ‘Cullen’ priced from £304,995. This home with integral single garage comes with dour double bedrooms, utility room and a study.
